Return Window

There is a 14-day window for returns starting from the date you receive the item.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original packaging, unused, unaltered, and unpainted, maintaining the same condition as when it was received.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the item’s purchase price only.

Modified or used items, as well as returns falling outside the 14-day policy, will not be eligible for refunds or return to the customer unless otherwise specified.

A handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and handling costs.

Return Process

Return packaging will not be supplied.

Return labels will not be supplied.

Prior to initiating a return, please reach out to our support team for instructions.

In the event you've received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately and provide photos of both the package and the item.

Modifying or Cancelling Orders

We strongly recommend contacting us at info@bssparts.us promptly after placing your order if you require any changes or wish to cancel it. It’s crucial to verify the accuracy of your order details before finalizing it during the "Order Review" stage of the checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to alter the delivery address for an order already in transit via FedEx, please get in touch with us. There will be a $10 fee per package to redirect the order while it's en route.

Please note that all order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 4% of the total order value. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and handling your order.
