Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in our auto body parts business. In this role, you will generate new leads, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction—all while working independently to meet sales targets.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to grow our brand by selling automotive parts on various marketplaces and digital platforms. This contract-based role requires a motivated individual with a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate multiple sales channels to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Sales: Develop and manage sales strategies on online marketplaces and other digital platforms.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify new business opportunities and follow-up on leads to drive sales.
  • Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns that boost product visibility.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and continuous process improvement.
  • Product Knowledge: Work closely with the warehouse manager to gain in-depth product knowledge that will enhance your ability to effectively promote and sell our products.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in auto body parts sales or selling on online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills with a proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems, online marketplaces, and social media platforms for business.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift between 30-50 lb as needed.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

What We Offer

Compensation Options:

  • In-Office (Las Vegas): Commission-based position with
    a guaranteed minimum base salary of $1,000.00 per month plus additional
    commissions.
  • Remote: Commission-based only position
    (no base salary).
