Sales Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to grow our brand by selling automotive parts on various marketplaces and digital platforms. This contract-based role requires a motivated individual with a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate multiple sales channels to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Sales: Develop and manage sales strategies on online marketplaces and other digital platforms.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify new business opportunities and follow-up on leads to drive sales.
- Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns that boost product visibility.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and continuous process improvement.
- Product Knowledge: Work closely with the warehouse manager to gain in-depth product knowledge that will enhance your ability to effectively promote and sell our products.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in auto body parts sales or selling on online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills with a proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems, online marketplaces, and social media platforms for business.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift between 30-50 lb as needed.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
What We Offer
Compensation Options:
- In-Office (Las Vegas): Commission-based position with
a guaranteed minimum base salary of $1,000.00 per month plus additional
commissions. - Remote: Commission-based only position
