OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island. Employees, officers, and directors (and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each) of BSSParts.us (“Sponsor”) and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, or production agencies are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
Entrants must also have indicated in their entry at least one vehicle (make, model, and year) for which corresponding products are in stock on the Sponsor’s Website.

2. Facebook®, Instagram®, Apple®, and Google® Disclaimer
Entrant acknowledges that Facebook Inc., Instagram Inc., Apple Inc., and Google LLC (collectively, “Social Networking Sites” or “SNS”) do not sponsor, endorse, or administer this Sweepstakes, and are not associated with it in any way. As a condition of participating, entrant releases each SNS from any liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes. All questions must be directed to Sponsor, not to any SNS.

3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on April 21, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 19, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer system is the official time‑keeping device.

4. How to Enter
Visit https://bssparts.us (“Website”) during the Promotion Period.
Complete the entry form with your full name, email address, ZIP code, and any other required fields (e.g., vehicle make/model/year).
Submit the form as instructed.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Attempts to exceed this limit by using multiple email addresses, identities, or automated methods will void all such entries. All entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor.

5. Prizes & Odds of Winning
Thirty (10) winners will each receive one (1) BSSParts.us store voucher valued up to $1,000 (including applicable sales tax and shipping) and One (1) winner store voucher valued up to $5,000 .
Vouchers are valid for 30 days from issuance, must be used in a single transaction, and cannot be combined with coupons, promo codes, gift‑card purchases, or other discounts.
Vouchers cannot be applied toward the purchase of any products in the Wheels category.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: $15,000.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Any difference between the price of the merchandise selected and the voucher’s face value will not be awarded. Unused funds expire after the single purchase; no cash back will be provided.

6. Drawing & Winner Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 19, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email.
Each potential winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within three (3) business days of notification. Noncompliance, returned notifications, or determination of ineligibility will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Winner Obligations
As a condition of receiving the prize, each winner agrees to record and submit to Sponsor:
  • A photo (or series of photos) clearly showing the awarded parts installed on their vehicle; and
  • A short video demonstrating the installation and fitment of those parts.
These materials must be provided in the format and resolution requested by Sponsor within 60 days of prize redemption.

8. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, concerning the Prize. All taxes and any expenses not expressly stated herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. U.S. winners will receive IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.

9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Except where prohibited, winners grant Sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, likeness, voice, city/state, statements, photos, and videos for publicity without additional compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (ii) technical malfunctions; (iii) errors in advertising or administration; or (iv) injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer/device related to participation. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its agencies, and SNS from any and all liability arising out of participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes / Choice of Law
All issues concerning the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any conflict‑of‑law principles. Entrant agrees that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Rules or to participate in a class action.

12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy posted at https://bssparts.us/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein and for Sweepstakes administration.
